Bunbury Yoga Festival | Feature Facilitator
Featured at Bunbury Yoga Festival 2026 in collaboration with Yoga Festival Tribe, I hosted a 75-minute immersive wellness experience blending mindful Vinyasa flow, sound healing and guided meditation.
The session moved from intentional movement and breathwork into an extended Savasana accompanied by soothing soundscapes, followed by a mindfulness meditation to encourage stillness, presence and inner connection.
Bringing together movement, sound and rest, the experience offered festival participants an opportunity to slow down, reset and reconnect with themselves.
Mindful movement across Southeast Asia
My yoga journey has taken me across Southeast Asia, where I've explored different studio environments, connected with local wellness communities and developed my approach to teaching. Rooted in mindful Vinyasa and Hatha, my classes combine movement, breath and moments of stillness to create a more considered, accessible practice.
Through studio classes, retreat facilitation and community experiences, I aim to create space for people to reconnect with themselves and enjoy movement without the pressure to perform.

Courtney had such an amazing energy! Everyone was honestly welcome. Beginners were supported to join experienced trainees were welcome to adjust. Her presence made a hughe difference. I was able to join multiple times! Instructions were clear and easy.

Courtney was calm and faced all the differences that happened during class with an amazing easiness so that you barely noticed (e.g. speakers would not work, someone joined a little late. Courtney managed it all without the students feeling any distraction).
Thank you for being my teacher and such an inspiration.

Nature-inspired meditations shaped by the places I’ve travelled solo, lived and taught. Through guided practices, natural soundscapes and mindful moments gathered along the way, each recording invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and carry a little piece of these places into your own practice, wherever you call home.Â

New retreat experiences,
March 2027
I'm looking forward to continuing my retreat facilitation journey in 2027, with new yoga retreat experiences planned for March in collaboration with Rosie. Building on my experience across international retreats, I'll continue to bring together mindful Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, meditation and intentional practices that encourage guests to slow down, reconnect and make space for themselves.
